Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday 9.00 - 5.30. Weekend, bank holiday, national holiday and evening orders are processed the following business day.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?
We accept Laser, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and Visa Electron or you can pay using your PayPal Account online. For corporate accounts please contact us on + 353 1 2805643.
Please note that although PayPal accepts payment by American Express, Amex currently processes these transactions in US Dollars and as a result there may be additional charges on your Amex bill due to exchange rates. Unfortunately, this is something that is outside of our control.

The order cut-off times mentioned above are intended as guidelines only. We understand that a 'Cosy Emergency' can occur at any time and may require a flexible response. We will do our utmost to accommodate your delivery requirements so please contact us with any queries you have in this regard.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday during normal business hours, excluding national, public and bank holidays.

WHERE CAN YOU DELIVER?
We can deliver your gift to wherever it's needed, be that a workplace, residential address or hospital. To avoid disappointment regarding delivery, we suggest that you ensure as best you can that the recipient will be available to accept the goods when they arrive. If the recipient is not available we will, where possible, leave a message informing the recipient on how to re-arrange delivery or how to collect the item from the nearest delivery depot. If you are sending a gift to someone in hospital the gift will be delivered to the hospital reception or central delivery point. On most occasions hospitals are very good about passing on the goods to the correct ward but we would recommend that you confirm with the hospital reception that the goods have in fact been delivered to the patient.
You will be asked to include the recipients telephone number when you are ordering. This is extremely helpful to us in ensuring a timely delivery and will only be used for this purpose.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within the time frame specified but should events outside our control prevent this happening we are not liable for any failed deliveries. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
When ordering goods from PJ’s and Prose for delivery overseas the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact the local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from PJ’s and Prose, the recipient is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which the goods are received.
CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED MY ORDER?
Yes, we would be happy to amend the delivery address details for you if the goods haven't already shipped but since "super efficiency" is our middle name we may have completed your order by the time you contact us.
CAN I INCLUDE A GIFT MESSAGE WITH MY ORDER?
Certainly. Just complete the gift message section of the online ordering form and we will include your message on a gift card inside the box. If you've completed the order and wish to add a gift message just drop us an email with your message to firstname.lastname@example.org
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
We really hope you love what you've ordered but if for any reason you are unhappy, you have the right to return the item to us in its original condition, for exchange or refund, within 14 days of delivery. We would ask you to contact us in advance to fill us in on what went wrong and to receive a Returns Authorisation Number in order for us to keep a track of your goods and make the necessary arrangements.
